Event Background
Business of Design Week (BODW) is Asia’s premier annual event on design, innovation, and brands. The 2025 edition featured an influential lineup of international speakers, attracting a global audience that required localized content in real-time.
The Challenge
Business of Design Week (BODW) is a high-profile international summit requiring real-time accessibility for a global audience. The core technical challenge was managing multiple language tracks simultaneously. We needed to capture on-site Simultaneous Interpretation (SI) and deliver separate, synchronized streams for each language to a dedicated web player, all while ensuring zero audio-to-video drift across the different feeds.
The Solution
LiveMakerPro deployed a robust LRT™ (LiveU Reliable Transport) workflow to handle the complex audio routing. Instead of multiple separate streams on-site, we utilized a single LiveU encoder to embed all language audio tracks into a unified LRT stream.
This high-bandwidth “master feed” was transmitted back to our central production office, where the audio tracks were demuxed and distributed into dedicated streams for each language. This centralized approach allowed us to:
Maintain perfect synchronization between the video and all SI audio tracks.
Ensure maximum stability by bypassing on-site bandwidth limitations via bonded cellular technology.
Deliver a seamless multi-language experience to a custom-integrated web player for global viewers.
